Who we are

PickTheWin LTD runs Pick The Win. Contact: noreply@pickthewin.co.uk.

What we collect

Your display name, email address, a securely hashed password, your match picks, and whether you've paid an entry fee. We also briefly record IP addresses of failed log-ins and sign-ups to block abuse. These records are deleted after an hour.

Why

To run your account and the league: showing your picks and points, the league table, and password resets. We don't sell your data or send marketing.

Who can see what

Other players see your display name, points and picks once each match has kicked off. Your email address is only visible to the site owner.

Cookies

One essential cookie keeps you logged in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can change your name and password, or delete your account and all your picks, from the Me page. For anything else, including a copy of your data, contact us at noreply@pickthewin.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
